Chinese:

我该怎么称呼你?

Pinyin:

wǒ gāi zěnme chēnghu nǐ

Literal: I Should How Call You?
If you feel that the person you´re talking to, would be offended if you use his or her given name, but you´re not quite sure what to call him or her to be polite, then this phrase is very useful.
